Although the expression is in Arabic, ya Maryamu, ya mumtaliah ni'mah, yet it is not in the mosque, but at the church in Bathlehem (Walaupun bertulisan arab dengan ungkapan alaikis salam ya Maryamu, ya mumtaliah ni'mah bukan di masjid lho, tapi di gereja di Bathlehem)
